Bubble-free molding process
The low surface tension characteristics of high-density polyethylene materials can effectively block air penetration during high-temperature vulcanization (160-180°C), avoiding the problem of microbubbles caused by traditional release agents. Its molecular weight distribution range (Mw/Mn=2.8-3.2) ensures uniform melt flow, forms a dense protective layer on the rubber surface, eliminates surface pinhole defects, and increases the product qualification rate to more than 99.7%.
Based on the characteristics of non-polar molecular structure, only 0.5-1.2N/cm peeling force is required to achieve lossless demoulding after vulcanization. The micro-convex structure produced by the special mesh design (80-120 mesh) forms a physical isolation layer, which improves the demoulding efficiency by 40% compared with the traditional demoulding process, and no silicone oil pollutants will remain on the rubber surface.
