Blue embrossed PE film

Blue embrossed PE film, also known as polyethylene film, is a plastic film made from polyethylene granules through extrusion or blow molding. The main steps in producing PE film include raw material preparation, melting, forming, cooling, drawing, and winding.

Highly efficient demoulding performance

Based on the characteristics of non-polar molecular structure, only 0.5-1.2N/cm peeling force is required to achieve lossless demoulding after vulcanization. The micro-convex structure produced by the special mesh design (80-120 mesh) forms a physical isolation layer, which improves the demoulding efficiency by 40% compared with the traditional demoulding process, and no silicone oil pollutants will remain on the rubber surface.
