UHMWPE (Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, also known as UHMW-PE and UPE) is made up of extremely large polyethylene molecules. The size of these molecules, combined with the chemical stability of polyethylene, gives UHMWPE excellent wear resistance, low coefficient of friction, high toughness, and excellent resistance to a variety of chemicals and solvents.

Advantage
First, it is resistant to chemical corrosion and can resist acid, alkali, salt and other media (except tea solvent).
Second, excellent low temperature resistance is still malleable at -269 ° C, so it can be used as a low temperature resistance component in the nuclear industry.

UHMWPE has a very low friction factor (0.05~0.11), so it has excellent self-lubrication. Table 1 shows the comparison of friction factors between UHMWPE and other engineering plastics. As can be seen from Table 1, the dynamic friction factor of UHMWPE is 1/2 of PA66 and POM under water lubrication conditions, and is second only to the best self-lubricating polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) in plastic under non-lubrication conditions: when it works in sliding or rotating form, the lubrication is better than that of steel and brass after lubricating oil. Therefore, in the field of tribology, UHMWPE is known as a frictional material with very ideal cost/performance

packing details
After the UPE is produced, it is cut according to customer needs and packaged after cutting.
UPE film is packed in corrugated box with PE stretch film, which is suitable for sea and air transportation.
