Application
1. CRATUSFILM's heat-shrinkable polyester film, made from PETG, is a new green packaging material that meets international environmental standards. It can be widely used for packaging complex geometric shapes for beer, beverages, pharmaceuticals, electronics, daily chemicals, and various industrial products.
2. It offers highly controllable shrinkage, high transparency, high gloss, low haze, excellent printability, high strength, excellent heat-sealability, and low natural shrinkage during storage.
3. It is suitable for sleeve labeling, gravure printing, flexographic printing, offset printing, and digital printing; and is compatible with labeling using steam, hot air, or infrared shrink tunnels.
4. We can provide various product options to meet customer needs.
Storage
Temperature below 25°C (77°F) and humidity no higher than 65% in its original packaging; Avoid damages from direct sunlight, high moisture, bump or falling down. Refrigerated transportation is recommended.
Factory Strength
The company has two advanced production lines: an 8.2-meter high-speed production line from Bruckner in Germany and a production line from Andritz in Austria. These are internationally advanced five-layer co-extrusion new multi-functional biaxially oriented polypropylene film production lines, with an annual production capacity of up to 72,000 tons.
