BOPET Rose Red Film

Laminates are wound onto cores with standard internal diameters of either 76.2mm or 152.4mm, in desired widths and quantities. These rolls may consist of multiple segments joined together using colored or transparent polyester adhesive tape, with the number of joints customizable as per the purchase agreement.
For rolls exceeding 600mm in width, they are enveloped in a protective PET film and stored on pallets in a pyramid formation, aligned according to their diameters. Rolls intended for 1-6 pieces (often without trimming) or utilizing plastic pallets in storefronts are arranged to ensure the overall height of stacked rolls does not surpass 1.5 meters. To prevent spontaneous movement, these rolls on pallets are secured with ledges and binding strips, a wooden stopper, and the entire pallet is wrapped with stretch film for added stability.
Rolls with widths up to 600mm are packaged in PE bags or PET film and stored on pallets as well. To maintain separation and protection, individual layers are interleaved with cardboard sheets and further secured with protective foil to prevent shifting. Short-length rolls are additionally covered in protective foil and neatly placed within cardboard boxes or two-compartment boxes of appropriate size for safekeeping.
