Rubber barrier films are primarily used by major rubber companies to separate rubber from other materials during the production process, preventing adhesion and providing excellent insulation and protection.
For example, they are used to separate rubber pads during tire retreading, as tread rubber, as barrier films for tire patch backing, and as rubber sheet separation during radial tire production. Before producing the liner and belt layers for radial tires, pre-formed rubber films are required.
After the film is produced, deformation and stretching must be prevented, so barrier films are used. This soft, stiff product adheres perfectly to the pre-formed rubber film and is easily peeled off. It utilizes a special formula.
It fundamentally solves the adhesion problem between rubber and plastic film, maintaining the long-lasting freshness of the raw rubber surface. The embossed pattern is clear and beautiful.
