Printing issues and how to solve
Poor adhesion of PET (g)materials during printing can cause quality issues due to varying bonding strengths between different PETG materials and inks.
First, when purchasing PET(g) film/ sheet, specify the printing process and desired printing effect to ensure the manufacturer produces suitable materials.
Second, maintain a suitable temperature during transportation (especially for the shrinking film) ; 25 degrees Celsius is optimal.
Finally, PET(g) materials should be used as soon as possible after receipt, ideally within 6 months. Due to the long sea freight distance, use within 5 months of receipt. Otherwise, the printing effect will be affected.
When problems arise, is it a quality issue with the raw materials?
Our PET(g) materials typically undergo rigorous quality testing after production, and a test report is issued. Only materials that meet all standards are released.
Why do some shrink films occasionally exhibit poor ink adhesion during use? This may be due to surface corona treatment failure caused by prolonged or improper transportation after leaving the factory. In such cases, contacting the factory to analyze the different causes and perform appropriate corona treatment will resolve the issue.
